Thursday wins for Good Hope, Fairview and West Point SB:

GDW Analysis:
Regular season softball closed out on Thursday as victory was

achieved by Good Hope and West Point in county matchups while Fairview earned a win going on the road.
The only team that was not successful was Cullman, falling at home to the No. 3 team from Class 4A, Curry.
Good Hope, this year's county champion, ends the regular season with 18 wins in 26 games. On Thursday, the Lady Raiders romped by Cold Springs at home 11 to 1.
Good Hope has played well since the county tournament in early April, winning 10 of its last 13 games and taking a 5 game winning streak into the 4A, Area 13 tournament Saturday in Priceville.
West Point broke a 7 game losing skid at Mike Brown Memorial Field by running away from Holly Pond 16 to 3.
The Lady Warriors have 13 wins in 29 games and now turn their attention to the 5A, Area 12 tournament with a first round game Friday in Springville vs. the Hayden Wildcats.
Fairview went into Marshall County Thursday and came home victorious against Brindlee Mountain 16 to 3. The Lady Aggies have posted 15 victories in 23 assignments this spring, having their best time on the diamond in several years.
The Lady Aggies join West Point in going to Springville for the 5A, Area 12 Tournament. Fairview plays top seed Springville at 12:00 p.m. Friday.
Cullman had a win against No. 3 Jasper from 5A earlier in the week on the road 11 to 9.
In trying to defeat another school with a winning formula from Walker County, Curry toppled the Lady 'Cats at CHS Field 12 to 4.
Cullman is 22-14-1 with its next assignment to be in the 6A, Area 13 Tournament Monday against Mortimer Jordan.
Area tournament play is double elimination, a format set by the AHSAA. The top two teams from each area will qualify for the regional playoffs to take place the week of May 6.
Cullman, Fairview, Good Hope, West Point and Hanceville are out to get to the North Regional in Florence.
Cold Springs, Holly Pond and Vinemont are lined up to play in the East Regional in Albertville if they qualify from the area round.
